Anise

Anise Seed is a graybrown oval seed from Pimpinella anisum, a plant in the parsley family. It is related to caraway, dill, cumin, and fennel.

Amardine:

Arabic name for dried apricot paste, in sheet form. It can be dissolved  in water, add sugar and drink it as a juice or make  puddings.
